1. Requesting Account Deletion

At Order Centra, we respect your right to manage your data. As required by developer policies, you can request the complete deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.

Steps to Delete Your Account

To initiate the deletion process, please follow these exact steps:

  1. Send an email to ordercentra.dev@gmail.com.
  2. Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request".
  3. Ensure you send this email from the exact email address registered with your Order Centra account to verify your identity.
  4. Include your registered Phone Number in the body of the email.

2. Data Deletion & Retention Practices

Once your deletion request is verified, we will process your data according to the following guidelines:

Data Permanently Deleted

The following data will be erased from our active databases within 30 days:

  • Personal identification (Name, exact Email)
  • Authentication credentials
  • Linked social or payment tokens
  • Store settings and personalization

Data Retained (Anonymized)

For legal, tax, and auditing purposes, some data must be retained for up to 7 years:

  • Financial transaction histories (invoices, receipts)
  • Aggregated, strictly anonymized analytics

3. Cancellation Period

An account deletion request typically takes up to 30 days to fully process across all systems and backups. During this period, you will lose access to the application immediately, and data restoration cannot be guaranteed once the process begins.
